*No smoking or marijuana-250-($500 Marijuana) Cleaning fee, no exceptions.
Remove all trash place trash in dumpster.
* Dishes/cookware collected, washed put away in cabinets.
* Do not use Bath towels and wash cloths for cleaning and please do not step on them with shoes. This ruins them
*Dog feces in yard must be picked up and disposed in dumpster out front by the road.
Fish guts must be doubled bagged and placed in the dumpster out by the road. Strictly Prohibited: Dumping fish guts or scales in the yard -$250.00 clean up fee is subject to charge without notice.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
