Our five freshly designed bedrooms offer the perfect blend of comfort and style. Each room features its own smart TV, a spacious closet stocked with extra pillows and blankets, and double doors leading to one of four porches.

Each bathroom comes with a hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Essentially everything you need to feel right at home!

Our outdoor space is your ultimate retreat! Take a dip in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or fire up the grill for a family cookout. The tiki bar, complete with power and a refrigerator, is perfect for serving up cold drinks and snacks. Relax on the lounge chairs or gather around the outdoor dining area and café-style table. Located just a 2-minute walk to the beach, our 3rd-row home offers ocean views from the front porches. Additional conveniences include an outdoor shower, beach chairs, a rolling cart for beach trips, and parking for up to six cars—everything you need for the perfect seaside getaway.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you have sole access to 2 seaside beach chairs and a umbrella at the cedar ave public access beach from 8am-5pm everyday.

Our fireplace is non-operational.

We have a gas grill but do not supply propane. You can refill our tank or purchase a new tank at our local food lion or any grocery store/gas station nearby.

We are happy to accommodate early check in & late check out's for $30 an hour when possible, if agreed upon before your stay begins. Unprohibited early and late check ins will result in a hourly fee of $100 as this can put strain on our cleaners and next guests.

We supply linens and most essentials needed for your stay, including: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, starter TP, linens, beach towels, bath towels and hair dryers.

Additional Rules:
You must be 21 years or older to stay with us. We will ask for your ID that matches the bookers name on your vrbo account- you will not receive the door code until your ID is submitted. Booker must be in the party staying at the property.

The use of firearms, fireworks, and any weapons are prohibited on the property.

The pool and hot tub do not have a lifeguard on duty, enter at your own risk. No food, drinks, glass, soap, bath bombs or salts allowed inside either the pool or hot tub.

Due to the amount of items left behind, we have a $30 fee plus the cost of shipping to ship these back to you.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
**Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.
**There is a daily/weekly fee to heat the pool: $40 a day, $250 a week.* Just let us know at least 7 days in advance so we can get it ready for you!

By booking with us you acknowledge the hosts shall not be liable to guests, invitees, or any other person for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the property. Guests shall hold hosts harmless and indemnify hosts from and against all loss, injury, miss, or abuse of any part of the property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of guests or invitees.
