This new unit features 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms on three levels. It contains a living/dining room, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer and keyless entry. The Kitsilano offers an excellent layout with an open-concept kitchen, perfect for your home dining needs. Situated in Vancouver's most central and beautiful area, Kitsilano is a 10-minute drive to UBC, 5 minutes to Granville Island, and Downtown Vancouver. Only 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walk from the Kitsilano Beach. For those of you here on business, we have provided a printer, document shredder and free high-speed Wifi, ensuring that you can continue your work uninterrupted. Perfect for families and professionals.
As your comfort and enjoyment are of the utmost importance to us, we have paid attention to all the fine details that matter. Please inquire if your dates fall between reservations and we might be able to fit you in. Shorter stays are often available, please inquire.

Good location, fairly close to the city by Uber without having to stay in the city. Nice neighborhood and lots of places to walk to for groceries and restaurants. The house was nice. An old house that has been totally renovated. Two bedrooms upstairs and one in the downstairs where it is cooler. We had one hot day but at night we left the windows open and used fans and were comfortable without any air-conditioning. Thus thing about this house is its location and the neighborhood it's in.

Great property and was an enjoyable stay for our son's wedding. There were a few issues, such as no heat for the first day due to no batteries in thermostats, burnt out lights in kitchen and electric fireplace not operational.Our host, Jack, was exceptional in dealing with the issues and promptly rectified the heating issue.We would not hesitate to return to this property when we return to Kitsilano.

Great place to stay pre-cruise

This stay was great! We only stayed one night before our cruise the next day and wish we could’ve extended our trip to see more of Vancouver. Very clean and in walking distance to restaurants.

In general, the house is okay. The location isn't the same as advertised and they didn't tell us until the day before. Even though the "actual" property isn't exactly far off but it threw us off a little. The house is clean but towels are smelly. It looks old which could be improved.
