Bradenton is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Just a 10 minute drive to Bradenton beach. The bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for a group of friends or family. With heating, AC, a washing machine, and WiFi, you'll have all the comforts of home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Bradenton has to offer.
This IS an HOA community so please be respectful of the neighborhood. Another couple details to note- Quiet hours past 10pm. No street parking overnight due to very limited street space. For longer stays trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. This is a nice small quiet neighborhood and we appreciate your stay and consideration. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
