Welcome to Arie Dam #202, a stunning beachfront condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This recently updated beachfront condo offers a blend of comfort and style you are sure to love!

This 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit features new flooring throughout and a spacious, private balcony with stunning Gulf of Mexico views, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The bright and comfortable living area complements the spacious, updated kitchen that is stocked with all essential dishes, cookware, and utensils you will need to prepare your at home meals. The master bedroom includes a King bed, TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom, while the guest bedroom has a Queen and twin bed and TV for extra comfort. This property was excellent!! Great view from the second floor, very clean, no issues with other guests either. Not to let room there were chairs and umbrellas for rent as soon as you walk to the beach. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Condo was great and location was perfect. Parking was difficult, but it was July 4th weekend when we arrived. The grounds were very clean too.

Superb location, loved rhe proximity to the beach. Loved the smaller building and less commercialized building size. Property management was super responsive to any and all calls and needs. The only recommendation I would give is to replace the mattress in the master bed as it was completely worn down. That was the ONLY downside. Thank you for an awesome vacation! We will return!!

The room is nice and clean. View and ease to the beach was great. It had some extras like chairs and beach toys that made the trip easier. The only reason I would not rent again next year is because of the king bed in the master bedroom. The mattress is old and worn out and the bed frame may also need replaced. We were unable to sleep because it is that bad. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the place.

Everything was very good, except the elevator was not working. Tough hauling luggage up the stairs. Also the thermostat seemed to be controlled remotely. We had it set at 73-74 but we noticed it was down to 69, not knowing how it was dialed down. Other than that a very place to stay. Would stay again.Maybe notify renters of the elevator being inop.

Some units do have remote climate monitoring for efficiency and maintenance purposes, but we understand how important it is for guests to feel in full control of their comfort settings. Unit is in a good location for getting to other attractions in the area. The unit itself is not well maintained and only given half effort for cleaning. They only left two wash clothes and towels for a two bathroom unit. no beach towels were left at all. and the beach chairs, lets just say I hope you've had a tetanus shot. the elevator only worked for two of our 7 day stay and when it did work, you could hear it run form ANYWHERE on the property. The rental agency was not very professional at all. When we called to ask about parking because we were early and knew we could not get into the unit yet, we were told that all that information would be in the text message we will get at 4pm when the unit was ready.

Excellent location. Beautiful beaches and many restaurants. Condo is spacious and in great condition. But couldn't use the frying pan as the coating was peeling. We would have loved to fry some fish. Master bed was not firm and husband developed a backache and had to sleep in the twin bed. Otherwise no problem with anything else. Will stay there again.

Wonderful relaxing Vacation

This was a wonderful place to relax at. Listening to the waves and locals coming out to play music while the sunset was very relaxing. The Condo was wonderful, everything we needed to enjoy the atmosphere and unwind

Beautiful Place

The condo was awesome! Very clean and spacious. The appliances seemed to be new and were very nice and worked great. We loved the screened in balcony. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Much needed get away!

Arie Dam is perfectly situated in Madeira Beach. This particular unit was fine, but definitely use some TlC compared to others we have stayed in at Arie Dam.

Very nice condo! Would definitely stay again. Only minor issue was the 2 sinks in the master bath drained pretty slowly. Otherwise loved it and would definitely rent again!
