4BR Poconos Escape w/ Hot Tub, Game Room & PS5

This is the ideal home to bring your family to. Located in an amazing private gated amenity rich community; A Pocono Country Place. Boasting over 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.

Home is located within a close proximity to indoor/outdoor water parks ( Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback ) skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, stadiums, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos and more.

Bedroom 1: King Bed + Full over Full Bunk Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
Living areas: Couches and air mattresses

( We also keep a queen air mattress on premises if needed )

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioning and heat via central air throughout the house.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.

***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas Blackstone grill. Backyard is equipped with a gazebo, dining table, couches, fire pit, and plenty of space.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, wok, grill press, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance)

This property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the front and back of the house for security purposes. Please note that the hot tub may be within the cameras’ coverage area. No indoor areas are monitored.

excellent communication with host. Layout of house was perfect for what we needed (Christmas with the family). Bedrooms were very large, and beds were all comfortable. House was very pet-friendly. Hot tub worked and was clean. The game room was enjoyable and everything worked (pool table, arcade games, etc.).

Great house and location

My wife, 1.5 year old son and two dogs stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved it. Less than 30 minutes from really anywhere you would want to go and for it being a big neighborhood, it was nice and quiet. The big hits for us were the open floor plan and obviously the hot tub. We turned the side room into a play room for our child and it worked perfectly. The game room is awesome as well and brought out our inner child. Would definitely recommend to other families.
