Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Optional but Appreciated
If time allows in the morning, we would truly appreciate it if you could remove used bed linens, pillow covers & towels.
Place them on top of the washer in the laundry room.
Trash Disposal:
Please take out all trash and place it in the outdoor garbage bin located along the left side wall of the house (garage side).
Before leaving, ensure that all windows and the backyard sliding doors are securely locked from the inside. Lock the entrance door and place the key back in the lockbox. Remember to shuffle the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
