Remodeled Ski-In/Out End Unit w/ Fireplace, Balcony, Washer/Dryer

Conveniently located on the slope side of the building, Jokerville-201 is a cozy yet spacious condo, located steps from the slopes and trails. Ski access just out the back door.

The kitchen is extensively remodeled - boasting new cabinets, an over-sized sink, and stainless steel appliances.

The three bedrooms are spacious with large closets. The bathrooms were remodeled in 2017. There is one full bathroom with top-of-the-line finishes. The second bathroom is 3/4 and also has a washer and dryer.

A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy incredible views of the town of Mt. Crested Butte and Washington Gulch. You'll also enjoy views of the slopes and West Wall lift! The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are about 2.5 flights of exterior stairs to access J-201.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

This condo is ski-in/ski-out, and the Jokerville building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Condos with professional office so nice to have someone around in business hours. Has their own shuttle which I didn't realize. It is a ski in/out and a great location close to the base. The snow was not great when we were there so the lift that is tech the "ski in/out" was closed but thats no fault of the place. We just walked a little further and hit the next lift 75 yards away. Its an older building. Our unit had a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms weren't but were fine. Main beds were comfy, kids bunk rooms weren't great. Maybe time for new mattresses. Has a ski gear storage area inside that was nice to have for boots, gloves, coats etc. Hot tub is small and quite old. It got hot for sure but small and prob from the 80's. That room could definitely use a remodel. All in all the location is great, updated rooms were good. Older building though and dark inside. Nice having property manager around but we really didn't need them.

Beautiful Condo close to everything

Condo was exactly as stated and even nicer than anticipated. Kitchen has all the items you would need for any meal but bring your own spices etc. Great location,late September early October provide excellent colors, cold nights and mostly sunny days.

Very clean and comfortable condo, beautiful views from balcony, well-stocked kitchen, good location for hiking/biking trails. The condo is all on one level, but the outside stairs to access from parking lot could be difficult for people with mobility issues.
