Stunning Beachfront remodeled 3/2 apt! Comes with VIVO BEACH CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Our property is a beautiful private newly remodeled apartment in the EL SAN JUAN TOWERS, OR ESJ TOWERS building. This building sits right on Isla Verde Beach, next to El SAN JUAN RESORT. From our balcony and all three bedrooms you can see and hear the beach in front of you. The apartment orientation is to the north, so the view to the beach is a direct, straight view, as opposed to a lateral view. The building is half hotel and half private condos. It has a gym, concierge, reception area. The pool is being renovated, so we offer the apartment with membership for up to 8 guests, at nearby VIVO Beach Club, which has 2 pools, a local brewery, shops, restaurants and bar service both at the pools and at the beach. Beach towels and chairs are offered at the club too. The apartment has direct access to the beach, from the lobby.
We renovated this apartment, it is now very modern with 1,600 square feet of new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. New central A/C unit. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and brand new, including side by side refrigerator, full range, microwave, dishwasher and front loading clothes washer and dryer. The lobby and common areas are renovated.

The apartment looked just like the photos and included everything we needed for our stay - from pots and pans to beach towels. Jorge and Annie were very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. Enjoying the ocean view from the balcony was the perfect way to start the day. We took an Uber to the Vivo Beach Club one day, which was very nice and not crowded. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent stay loved everything. The place is very secured with access to beach and the casino next door. Very clean, parking next to lobby entrance with easy access to the elevators. My mom was in a wheelchair and we had no problems getting around with her. The view is beautiful worth the price.

This location is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach. This place is very spacious with lots of room for a large group, it was very nice and clean! This condo is in a great location with direct beach access, which is wonderful. The condo was mostly clean (bed comforters had stains) and the owners are really nice. However, there are two problems. One, the advertised photos of the balcony are inaccurate. The full-size air-conditioning unit sits directly on the balcony, and it is rusty, loud, and releases hot air. When it is running (all the time), it makes the balcony unusable. Additionally, 1/2 of the view from the balcony overlooks the building maintenance parking lot where there are large storage tanks and maintenance trucks parked. I have uploaded photos of what the balcony and area below the balcony actually looks like. Two, the description of the unit says that the HVAC is new. During our stay, the HVAC unit in the hallway leaked puddles of water into the hall and into the middle bedroom multiple times. When I notified the owners, they stated this was a new issue that had never happened before, but also stated that the AC needed to be kept at 71 or water would accumulate on the floor. When I reread the listing for this unit, I found multiple prior reviews with the same HVAC water leak issues. Jorge, the building maintenance man, and a repair man all came to resolve this problem during our stay, and on multiple days, which was appreciated, but why does this keep happening?

It was great. We had an issue the bed but the host fixed it. It comes with passes to a pool beach club. I especially loved the view. Great location. They had all the amenities of a hotel. It came with beach towels and chairs even a cooler. Worth it highly recommended

The property was conveniently close to SJU airport, but far away that none of the air traffic around the airport was an issue. Check in was smooth and owners were accommodating to a late check out after our flight was moved out. Apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Located at the end of the floor gave it a more private feel. Parking space available in an underground lot kept your car cool and out of the sun. We knew ahead of time the property didn't have a pool available but rental came with passes to the beach club. Beach was easily accessible from building entrance and was not an issue finding a spot to relax in. We would definitely stay here again, property & owners have a well earned rating.Quick tip: Check in first & do a quick inventory before a grocery run.

Why they chose this property

Because we fell in love with the location, the apartment is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves crashing and I just love that relaxing sound. We also like very much all the renovations the new owner of the building has done to all the common facilities.

What makes this property unique

Everything is near, pool, beach, restaurants, casinos, 24/7 supermarkets, etc. Isla Verde's location is also very near main highways, if you want to explore the island, only 12 minutes in car from Old San Juan, 40 minutes from El Yunque Rain Forest and 50 minutes from Fajardo.
