This fantastic south corner beachfront unit is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy your vacation. The light and bright nautical décor creates the perfect background for you to enjoy the best the beach has to offer. Your private balcony coupled with the additional windows create fabulous sunsets for your viewing pleasure. The spacious living room and newly remodeled, open kitchen allows plenty of gathering room for the whole gang. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer for your use. Other amenities include a TV in each bedroom and wireless internet service and free nationwide calling. Building #9 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Condo was all it advertised to be. Spacious, well stocked,beautiful view of the gulf, quiet area.

I'd return to this unit in a heartbeat..( maybe have someone check the dryer? Multiple cycles to fry clothes.)

Great condo, just needs a little TLC

Beautiful resort. Great location, beach not crowded. The condo was nice and roomy for 4, however needs through cleaning, sprayed for bugs, and eliminate the moth ball smell. We could not eliminate the odor, even after buying sprays, candles and plug ins. The condo wasn’t cleaned well prior to arrival and we encountered roaches, beetles and millipedes in the condo most of the week. We replaced about 8 light bulbs, however there is one in the master vanity we couldn’t find, but made it hard to get ready. Hopefully this will help prep better for next guest.

Great porch area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening while listening to the sounds of the waves. Great view of the sunset each night, too! Wonderful, fully-equipped kitchen. Just a few steps from the ocean. Right next to the HUGE pool with lots of seating. Close to restaurants, but not so close that the nightlife intruded on the solitude. It was just lovely. The one and ONLY issue we had the entire week was the very strong mothball smell from the locked main bedroom closet. Nothing to be done but put some dryer sheets around and get used to it. Otherwise, the perfect week!

Here are the comments we submitted in writing upon leaving to the rental company.1) When the cable service went out there was no one at the rental office to answer the phone. We resolved the issue ourselves.2) Garbage drawer in kitchen needs to be adjusted so it will stay closed. 3) Sink should have a faucet that will move to both parts of kitchen sink. Fixed at one side now.4. Some lights were not working.5. Kitchen was well supplied for a short stay.6. No starter paper towels.7. Oven is VERY VERY slow to heat.8. Wall art was piled on the coffee table when we arrived. We moved it to the entertainment console.9. Washer/dryer worked well.10. Floors exceptionally clean.11. Furniture could use some updating.12. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items.

We Love Lands End!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We once again enjoyed our stay at Lands End. This particular condo is a bit dated but overall is laid out well. When we arrived, we found all of the surfaces to be very clean but the floors were another story. We soon were equipped with cleaning supplies and got the tile scrubbed clean (it was very dirty). The carpet in the bedrooms is in great need of being cleaned (or replaced would be better yet). In the master it appears as if someone stood and sprayed on sunscreen - you can see footprints where they stood and the carpet all around is filthy because it has just attracted dirt from having sunscreen on it). We vacuumed so much sand out of the master carpet - so thankful there was a vacuum available to use in the unit! We did not use the second bedroom. I did not bother dusting while we were there because there is so much stuff on all of the shelves/tables that it would have just taken too much time. I would suggest the owners clear out some of the decor and the excessive amount of dishes/glassware to make it easier for renters and the cleaning crew to clean when they are in the unit. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the deck earlier in the day enjoying the view of the ocean. The beach is wonderful. We got beach chairs and an umbrella from Resort Rentals which were greatly appreciated. This condo has a lot of beach/pool items if you have kids along which is super nice too. Another suggestion I'd make to the owners is to update the window blinds as many of them are very difficult to use and some are broken. Another item in the condo that needs attention is the oven. It takes FOREVER to preheat it! As a result, I only used it once. The fridge and microwave were super clean upon arrival. The garbage disposal started to leak water while we were there and needed to be replaced. Resort Rentals maintenance was very quick in responding to this need and were great to work with.

The Lands End community is so nice! Great pool , beautiful beach, fun amenities like shuffle board and tennis. Our condo unit was a bit worn and could use a refresh. Carpet and tub in master suite were very dirty. Window coverings old and dusty. Overall nice stay. We will come here again!

Love Land's End

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying a Land's End. We love the quiet setting and closeness to the beach. This corner condo was good. The dryer does take two rounds to get things dry. We did have an issue, but the maintenance man was right on it to help solve the issue.
