This ski in/ski out is just a short distance from all of the best Breckenridge has to offer...especially with Santa on the way! Grand Timber Lodge features timber-frame construction, well appointed interiors, luxurious amenities and the finest customer service available.

With 1,200 square feet of living space, up to 8 guests can sleep comfortably in a two bedroom condo. A king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second room, and two comfortable sleeper sofas. The unit also come with two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas fireplace to hang your stocking by, a private deck, and washer and dryer.

Great stay

Good access to slopes. Unit was spacious, clean and well-quipped. Loved having the dedicated shuttle. Grand Timber staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool/hot tubs and convenience of an on site restaurant/pub.

Great condo! Resort is very nice!

Really enjoyed this condo at grand timber lodge. Nicely furnished and great to have the washer/dryer in the unit. Nice location - needs to have a lot of snow to be a true ski in ski out property. Hot tubs are great. Shuttle into town is very convenient! We will be back!

Perfect family getaway

Just returned from our stay at the Grand Timber Lodge, Breckenridge over Christmas. I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo, the resort and the town of Breckenridge. The condo was spacious enough for 2 adults & 3 children (ages 16,19,21). Very clean, large bedrooms & bathrooms. We ordered groceries ahead of time from Stocked Summit which they delivered within an hour of our arrival. We enjoyed breakfast in our condo each morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect and had ski in/ski out access to Beaver Run and the Snowflake Lift. The staff at the lodge was extremely helpful and pleasant. The free resort shuttle was perfect for traveling down to main street and the drivers were courteous and prompt.The hot tubs were a great way to start our day and had beautiful mountain views. Kristine the owner was also very helpful and very responsive. This was our first trip to Breckenridge but it definitely will not be our last!

We are a family of 5 from Stillwater OK. My wife, Kristine, and I met in college at Oklahoma State University and have been in Stillwater since. We love going to Breckenridge over Christmas most years, but decided to stay home with family this year.

Why they chose this property

Breckenridge is a wonderful town anytime of year but is especially great during the Christmas season. It is a genuine town, not just a ski resort, and has many fantastic restaurants and shops.
