• In the bedroom, you will find queen size bed with comfortable I-comfort mattress & walk-in closet.
• 4K Smart flat screen TV with basic cable and owner's Internet access
• Open concept studio style kitchen and living area. Kitchen has many amenities that helps you prepare your homecooked meals.
• Laundry done easy with washer & dryer inside the unit.
• Bathroom towels, hair dryer and available personal care supplies.
• Screened, furnished patio a place where you can relax with a morning coffee.
• For guests traveling with kids a pullout sofa bed in the living room is a great option.
• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs.

Clean and well appointed

The check-in process was easy, the condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need. The location is close to shopping and grocery stores and a short drive to the beaches and ballparks for spring training.

Beautiful condo

My family had such a great time in this beautifully decorated and clean condo. It was perfectly located, close to everything but still in a nice quiet area. We will definitely rent this place again!

Wonderful cozy stay

Very well done! This was our first vrbo experience and she set the bar high. Everything you need is provided and all labeled. Great central location close to many beaches and things to do. Would def recommend and stay again!

Lovely!

Had an amazing time! We came down for our first wedding anniversary and found this lovely condo! It was clean, beautiful and in a great location. Only minutes from a couple different beaches we were able to visit. We had an excellent stay and would recommend staying here for your next trip to Clearwater!

Great short-term stay

This 1 BR apartment was perfect for a 2 night stay. Everything you needed was included. Great central location. I didn't take advantage of the pool but that was a nice to have. Full size washer and dryer were also very convenient. Couldn't have asked for a better place and in pristine condition.

Ideal Vacation

This unit was absolutely amazing! Margaret provided ample details after booking which completely reassured us we had all the info we need to check in and navigate the unit/property. It was clean and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The pool was super clean and having the chairs and towels were ideal. As if all that wasn't good enough we were gifted the luxury of early check in AND late check out due to our flight times. Will definitely be back!

Great condo

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Easy parking and everything nearby. Very thorough binder that describes everything in the condo and surrounding area which was very helpful. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond. Would definitely book this unit again! Great Location

Avalon at Clearwater, Florida was a great location (less than ten minutes to Clearwater Beach and about thirty minutes from the Tampa Airport). Outdoor pool was heated and our accommodations were great. We will be returning to the Avalon in March 2025.

Mini vacay

The apartment was great overall. However you may want to change the shower curtains as the floor got wet every time we showered. You may also want to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Other than that is a really nice apartment.
