The host was very friendly and helped resolve issues I experienced throughout my stay.The Good:Very friendly and responsive host.The Bad:The listing photos need to be updated. I arrived to find the bedroom had two beds instead of one as shown in the pictures.The apartment was not very clean upon arrival (sticky kitchen surfaces and hair on the towels). I contacted the host, and she did send a cleaner the same day, which I appreciated.The check‑in process needs improvement. I had to call the host for instructions because it wasn’t clear how to find the apartment.There were no check‑out instructions, and I ended up getting locked out because the host had the wrong check‑out time.Overall, the place itself isn’t bad, but the listing needs to be updated and the check‑in/check‑out process could use more organization.
