There are three lavish bedrooms tastefully furnished and three luxury bathrooms creating a true home from home at an affordable cost.

The Master Suite is situated upstairs and is decorated in a tranquil blue and cream décor and includes a King size bed, Flat Screen TV with Ensuite facilities and has the wonderful addition of a Balcony which will be ideal for a little quiet time alone for breakfast or somewhere to enjoy an early evening cocktail and enjoy the views.

The Queen Suite which is situated downstairs is also decorated in a calming blue and cream décor and has a Flat Screen TV with Ensuite Shower.

The Twin Bedroom is situated upstairs and is beautifully decorated in the continued blue tones and boasts a delightful window seat, Flat Screen TV with a separate bathroom.

The Private Pool Deck includes sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy some Florida sunshine and is also an ideal area should you wish to dine Al Fresco after an enjoyable day at the Parks or Shopping Malls.

- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

Such a wonderful place to stay

We had chosen this house because of the bedroom and bathroom setup. We were in for a week at the Orange County Convention center for and educational conference and needed a place to come home to each evening and recharge. What a great choice. The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for the three of us and could have easily accommodated ten. Entry and exit was exceptionally easy. The house was tucked away in a neighborhood that was easy to navigate. Just minutes from anything, shopping, food, groceries and attractions. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to experience Orlando and have a wonderful, relaxing home to return to each evening.

Really clean, nice home. Decorated really modern with comfy beds in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I went jogging at night and felt safe. My only complaint is you literally had to buy everything for the home- there wasn't even extra toilet paper accessible; you had 1 complimentary roll. I think bare minimum, the home should have basic amenities accessible- even if you charged me for it I wouldn't care. You don't think of needing to purchase coffee filters etc.

Great place for convention stay

We were in town for a week attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center. This property was a 30 minute drive from the convention center, we had stayed here before and loved it. It is just the right distance from Disney and very close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The house is very nice and very comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was accurate as in the pictures. However we had minor issue with bugs in the master bedroom. The place could use a detailed cleaning (throw pillows especially they were dirty on the beds and also the living room sectional) dust in some places you can tell have been there awhile. However my family did have a great time there. Would I recommend definitely.

Perfect place for a holiday for 2 - 6 people

The house is situated very conveniently in a quiet neighborhood within easy reach of shopping and restaurants. There is plenty of green space around for easy walking. The house itself is comfortably furnished and there is an ample supply of spare linens, towels etc. The pool is looked after on a weekly basis by local employees and always looked very clean (if somewhat cold still) during our 11 week stay. The major appliances were in good condition but the 2 toasters left for our use were both under-powered and, in one of them, only 2 of the 4 heating elements functioned. Cutlery and tableware were perfectly adequate, although most of the kitchen knives needed sharpening and several of the pots and pans had definitely seen better days (teflon starting to peel off). Nonetheless, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly return to this property in future years.

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect if you want a hotel feel with all the conviences of a home. The location is a little far from Universal Studios and outlet shops (about a 25min drive) but close to Disney Parks. Love the home and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable townhouse

My family and I enjoyed the roominess of this townhouse and all the amenities that it offered. We especially liked that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The house was close to all the parks, but far alway from the noise and congestion . It is set in a quiet residential neighborhood. My husband enjoyed using the fitness center , which is located right around the corner from the house. All in all, it was a good location and we would definitely stay there again.

Property is nice but comes with too many rules and fines if you don't follow them.

Upon arrival they want you to check and see if anything is damaged and reported to management. Also upon departure you have a whole list of things you will have to do as far as cleaning, putting things back in their original place as they were when you arrived, and also reporting any new damages to managment before entering a separate code into the lock to let them know that you left( also a fine if not done properly). I feel like all of the above besides minor cleaning of dishes and towels should be on the management side and responsibilities of housekeeping. Just like I said with all the rules and or fines if you didn't follow the rules, this vacation did not feel like a vacation.
