Fantastic option for a stay in Centerville! Large, updated, home with great finishes and decor! Five minutes from anything you would like to do locally. Very clean and a wonderful local host. If you are in the area this is a perfect option!

This is a beautiful, well supplied home! The owners were able to accommodate an important concern for us which was arriving early in order to change and prep for a family funeral in the afternoon, which was so kind of them! The home is decorated so nicely, is very roomy and cozy. There are many steps within the home to get from level to level, so occupants should just be aware of where they're at and how many. The yard is lush with green Iowa grass!

We could not have asked for anything more from this location. Plenty of bedrooms, baths and showers, so no waiting for anyone. The large kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. There is a bit of a multi-level feel to this house owing to its construction, which adds to its unique character. Just know that there is a slight step up or down as you transition from room to room. We rented for a weekend in my hometown to attend a family weeding. This house fit us perfectly vs. a hotel. And interesting as it is located in the same neighborhood where I spent some of my youth. Plenty of comfortable seating throughout the house, including a nice recliner in the main living room. This will be my first look the next time I need to return to Centerville.
