Very nice home. Exactly as pictured. Very clean. The entry process was easy and very well explained. Parking was ample- we even had a 15 passenger van! The beds were very comfortable. Our large group appreciated the two living rooms with large TVs. Highly recommend this home. Close to the airport and within 30 minutes of Lexington.

Vincent’s place was perfect for a large family trip to Boston/Salem! We had space to spare with our group of 13. The unit was clean, and we could tell it was cared for and actually managed even if we had not been greeted upon arrival and checked in with during our trip. The house has two mirror units with four bedrooms, living area, and kitchen upstairs and down. After a long day in the City, parents and children had plenty of their own room to relax and retreat.Public transportation is abundant. There is a bus stop on the street. You are also an easy 10-minute walk from the Malden Center station that is only a few stops from North Station and the vibrant North End and a direct ride into TD Garden for a Celtics game.If you choose to stay in Malden instead of heading into town, there is a great Main Street and excellent options for food and drink. Mystic Station was one of the best meals we had our whole trip.You will not go wrong with Vincent’s place in Malden. Our whole family gave it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again when in Boston.

Great stay

We had a very large group visiting from out of town and the bi level set up was ideal! Everyone was really pleased with the rental. The space felt newly renovated, spacious, beautiful flooring, responsive property manager, and every kind of kitchen gadget you could ever need. I like to give a fully honest review. We had to deal with a little bit of uncleanliness with some of the fridge drawers and shelves being dirty and the bathroom floor having hair and dust. Also, a couple of the kitchen drawers didn’t work properly and when pulled to open they nearly fell out. But these were such minor issues that didn’t take away from a great stay so I still rate this place 5 stars.

The house was clean, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 14. Each room has its own air unit which was great. The house is in a nice location with grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and other shops near by. It is also about 3/4 of a mile from Malden Station if you want to take the train downtown, to Fenway Park, or any other place of interest. Our Host, Vincent was great!!! He was great with communication and very intentional in making sure that we had a good stay.

The property was great and easily accommodated everybody. They were also all clean, and we loved the window mounted air conditioning units in the rooms. The only improvement I can suggest is having wheelchair ramp. One of our guests was wheelchair bound.
