Your Utah adventure begins at this centrally located house with amazing City-(day and night), golf course and mountain VIEWS you only dream of.
The house is open, bright and full of natural light, located in beautiful Draper close to the Cottonwood Canyons, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude, for you skiers and snowboarders. Situated in the Corner Canyon area, right out the front door are miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Other areas of interest close include, Downtown Salt Lake City, Park City, and Sundance just to name a few. We overlook the 15th tee box at the South Mountain Golf Course, which is just around the corner for those golf enthusiasts, test your skills at this challenging course.
Enjoy the views from every room in the house, or sitting on the deck with chairs and a fire pit, the main floor living room, kitchen, dining area and deck boast views of the City and golf course below and mountain views across the valley. Enjoy watching the deer roam freely in the backyard and the geese on the golf course.
The home has 5 bedrooms and an office with a convertible futon, which is a full bed when used for sleeping. all beds have premium fresh and clean linens, mattress and pillow protectors.

3 Full bathrooms with showers and tubs, a powder room on the main floor, bathrooms are stoked with all you will need.

The kitchen is Fully stocked with almost everything you will need, a variety of coffees, teas and sweeteners as well.

The garage has a ping pong table and dart board, benches for tightening those boots for a day on the slope and an area for your snow gear. Racks for skis and boards.

Lovely Home

Beautiful property, carefully maintained and extremely clean. Charming and quiet neighborhood.The views are absolutely spectacular from the back of the house.The house was generously equipped with supplies, which I really appreciated. Comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets and pillows.We had a lovely stay. Communication with the host was very prompt.Highest recommendation from our family!

Perfect Scenario

Lived this home. Fully decorated. Stocked with amenities. Gorgeous views. Perfectly located between SLC and Utah County. Even had snacks, toiletries, and hot cocoa/tea/coffee. The dart board and ping pong table in the garage made for extra fun activities. Felt like home and the owners were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect place to stay.

This house is beautiful! The views of the valley are incredible. We loved watching the golfers from the deck and even got a glimpse of some fireworks from the Bee's game one night. This home is spacious over 3 floors and gave us plenty of room for our mixed age guests 11-77. Our kids loved the ping pong and darts in the garage. Ben the PM was very responsive and very accomodating to our requests! I can't say enough about this lovely home...It's definitely on our list when we come visit family again!
