We loved that the house was very open in the living room/kitchen. The furniture certainly could be updated as well as broken blinds being repaired or replaced. The pool bathroom appeared to be a holding spot for things that needed to be thrown away so we moved the items out to the garage. The master bed mattress was comfortable but noticed it was just on cinder blocks. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the appliances worked great. The pool was wonderful we really enjoyed plenty of sunshine so didn’t need to pay for additional heating. The beauty of the canal was a bonus we were able to see jellyfish, stingrays, manatees, and dolphins. The owner was very responsive to any requests. The neighborhood seemed very safe and the direct neighbors were very friendly.

Paradise on the canal

This house was gorgeous. The pool area is the highlight with plenty of outdoor furniture and a fantastic view. I highly recommend this house.

The property was wonderful! We loved watching the boats in the canal. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, easy to get to fun local sites. The kids and I spent a ton of time in the pool. The house owner was very kind, gave us a great run down of the house and amenities before turning the house over to us. The place was very clean, beds were comfy!

For a older home it was in pretty good shape.
