It has a 75" TV and is adjacent to the bunk room, accommodating up to 8 guests in its cozy twin XL bunk beds. The two bedrooms adjacent to the family room each have a 48" TV for added convenience and entertainment.

The four en suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the guest suite includes two queen beds and private access. The expansive primary bedroom offers a cathedral hardwood ceiling, a large bathroom with a wet area, and a two-person soaking tub.

Additionally, the cabin includes air conditioning, a rare feature for Flagstaff, ensuring comfort during warmer months.
