All was good. I wish I would have know about things I needed to bring. Garbage bags, they gave me one for a week. Toilet paper, we had 2 rolls for 3 ladies for a week. Other than that, all was good.

Very clean. Convenient to walk to beach but not beachfront. We had 3 adults and used the queen and king beds. Loft is good for kids—rather steep stairs. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and other essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is so cozy and cute, not like the other cookie cutter houses around it. The walk to the beach wasn't far and there was a cart to carry toys and such. The house was very clean. The ants were a bit of a problem, but we just made sure to put all the food away. I would prefer to deal with a few ants than a lot of poison to get rid of them, so I was good with that. I knew ahead of time to bring extra supplies, so no problem on trash bags and TP. Beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower!!! My only complaint is that the house listing says there was a grill. So when we got to the house, we verified that there was a grill and it was gas so no need for charcoal. I proceeded to go to the store and buy over 100 in steaks/fresh fish and veggies, specifically to cook on the grill. When we went to use it, gas started spewing out of what looked like the tank valve. So we called the company and they stated they really don't service the grill, that was on us, but they went ahead and sent out a maintenance person. The maintenance person didn't think it was the tank, so he came back a day later, I assume to replace hoses and he took the tank then. We waited for news but never heard anything back on the grill, so we were stuck with 100 worth of food to take home, in 90 degree weather and a 12 hour trip. If I would have known they weren't going to fix the grill, we would have went and bought a cheap charcoal grill or something. We got tired of sandwiches and stovetop meals.

Great spot on the Cape. This house had plenty of space for our family of 4. It was a short walk to the beach. They have a beach wagon which was very helpful with getting all our stuff to the beach. We loved the screened in porch and outdoor shower. The loft inside is a fun spot for the kids. They had a good variety of board games which was fun for down time. Super clean. We had a blast on our vacation.

Convenient location. Was a short walk to the beach. The house is very under supplied with basic household items for a week’s stay for a family of four. We had one kitchen trash bag, one dishwasher packet , mini bottle of soap and one extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We had to purchase all those items to get through the week. There were only two kitchen towels. We had to store all of our food in the fridge because of ants. It’s a beautiful beach, very clean and not a crowded beach. Loved that there were a few beach toys and extra beach chairs to use.
