Why stay in a condo or townhouse in downtown Jax Beach, when you can have your own home with 3 car parking in a very safe part of SOUTH JAX BEACH just steps from the sandy beach which is perfect for going back and forth to the beach while enjoying your day in the sand. Peaceful front screened porch, outdoor seating, listening to the waves crash in the evening. There is a washer and dryer in the house. There is a Tesla charger and outdoor nest security cameras/flood lights for safety. Keyless entry for easy access. Several grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Check in was incredibly easy, we ended up having to extend our stay by one night and Michelle was so easy to work with to extend our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, and the location was perfect for appointments at Mayo. Definitely recommend for anyone!

Great place and perfect location!

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach in a very nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as it was described in the online description and the host was easily accessible and great to work with. We will definitely rent this place again!

Overall rating: 4.0-4.5. Having lived in South Jax Beach previously, I loved the location. The pros: I would rent again. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to access A1A, JTB, groceries, etc. It's also easy to access the beach. Beach towels. The con's: Limited towels, only one bath towel per person. No steak knives. Only one cutting knife. Limited utensils. Limited dishwashing soap.
