First floor is a separate unit/address. Each floor has a balcony with unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 4 adults with 2 children. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. Two blocks away from Casa Marina and one block away from Margaritaville.

Great location and host

We had a great stay. The location was perfect to walk to the beach each day. The house was clean and Rene was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

This was the second time we've stayed at this property. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Great location and Rene is always very prompt in responding to questions. Love the patio areas and the view of the water. Great location.

Snowbird getaway

We wanted to be near the beach and w3 were just across the street. We enjoyed sitting outside but the weather only cooperated a few times during our stay. Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed and the living room was great for TV movie nights. We had a lovely time.

Wonderful Stay

Property was just as expected. Perfect location. In town a full week for our son’s wedding. Guest block was at the Margaritaville Hotel and it was nice being within walking distance to so many restaurants.

Perfect location and place for weekend getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway staying at this home. The location was great with the beach right there and lots of places to eat nearby.

Great Beach House location

Location is exactly what one is looking for! Close to all things, beach is across the street view is amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely be staying again! We travel to Jax at least 2-3 x’s a year.

This place was great!!! Perfect location and nice amenities
