We had a lovely stay in Bedford at this rustic family home. The house sits on a relatively quiet street. The Vietnamese pho nearby was fantastic. Perfect location for our trip.
We had a great experience. Cute old home in the middle of Bedford. I wish we would have booked another night. Very comfortably and had plenty of space for the whole family.
Unknowingly when we reserved the house, we didn't know the event we were attending was a 60s theme. Staying in a historic house especially fit right in then with our activity!
We had a great experience in the Timeless Retreat. It was perfect for a long weekend visiting family. It’s so nice to have a kitchen and private bedrooms when traveling with young kids and we were able to have out of town family come to us and had plenty of space to be comfortable! This location was great to easily run to wal-mart and have pizza delivered.
The home and grounds were very clean. It’s a very cute place. Plenty of towels and supplies. My only complaint is the upstairs bedroom was brutal hot even with a window ac unit. I would suggest maybe a ceiling fan to help.

Sorry to here you were uncomfortable
Upstairs. There is central air in the house but because it’s an older home we have added 2 window air conditioners units upstairs.
You can’t go wrong with staying here at this Timeless Retreat in Bedford. The house is stunning and beyond clean. Sitting out on the front porch in the afternoon catching a breeze and listening to the birds sing was priceless. Even had a couple of Cardinals pay us a visit. I would go back here to stay again and again. Carrie is top notch to work with and quick to respond if you need anything. This place will get a 100 out 10 from me.
Everything was great. Only issue was parking. Driveway too small for our vehicle and you have to hope you can park close by on street, fills quickly. But no complaints otherwise.
For the family wedding we were in the area for, this location was appropriate. There were plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. The house was clean and the kitchen was an appropriate size for our needs. Plenty of sitting areas. Our only concern was not knowing there were two bathtubs and only one had a shower. The bathroom with the shower was functional but needed some maintenance repair. We would use this facility again if we were in the area.
Wonderful 'rustic,' and quaint home with plenty of space to visit with guests. Appreciate the architecture and setting. Close enough to Bloomington for IU activities with easy drive on Hwy 37. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of street parking.
