I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the WiFi. We did send the check-in instructions five days prior to your arrival, along with the house information document where the WiFi password was included. However, I completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to have it easily accessible at the property itself. We have now made sure the password is also clearly displayed inside the home to avoid any confusion for future guests. I also apologize for the miscommunication with the chef on your first night. While I’m very glad to hear that you found both his menu and the dinner “most excellent,” that initial scheduling issue is not the experience we strive to provide. We’ve addressed this with him to ensure confirmations are double-checked before guest arrivals. Regarding the sheets and towels, thank you for pointing this out. This is certainly not our standard. We are replacing the pilled linens and reviewing our laundry procedures to ensure everything is fresh, comfortable, and in top condition moving forward. On a positive note, we’re so happy to hear you were impressed with the kitchen and appliances — and especially that the pool was the highlight of your stay!
