About this property

This contemporary 2,200 square foot split-level villa features four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is conveniently located in the center of Manuel Antonio in a quiet cul de sac.
The entire home features split air-conditioning units and ceiling fans are found throughout the house where guests can enjoy a tropical breeze. The master bedroom features a queen bed and unsuited bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom offers guests two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is in the lower level, independent from the main house and features a queen sized bed and private bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen leads into an entertaining area and provides guests with access to an outdoor deck area. The private pool features a waterfall and an outdoor shower where guests can watch the visiting monkeys and various types of Costa Rican wildlife. This villa offers guests both garage and off street parking.

This property is conveniently located minutes from the National Park, world famous beaches, Marina Pez Vela while still maintaining the peaceful and tranquil natural space it is known for.

Gorgeous property

The property and everyone associated with it was incredible! Great communication, perfect location and stocked very well in the kitchen which was so appreciated. If we come back to Costa Rica we would love to stay here again!

Living the life of Awesomeness

Both my cousin and I really enjoyed the stay. The house was amazing. The room temperatures were perfect. We both enjoy having privacy and this location was all that we wished for. If there was one problem it was this sound that came from outside one night, that brought Jesus back for us, lol. I loved it and I’m presently looking into booking for next year. The managers was always available and transports was on time. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. 5 Stars from me. Thanks Hazel!!!!!!!!!
