A clean, comfortable and well equipped home on a large lot. This was the concluding stay for our epic 2 week Colorado road trip, and gave us the perfect base for exploring Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. The host, Jim, provided abundant communication throughout the process. We only stayed 2 nights, so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities, but it was a cozy place to stay away from crowds and traffic. Highly recommended.

The tub on the main floor could have used something in the bottom of the tub so it wouldn’t be so slippery. Otherwise we were really happy with everything.

Richard, it was a joy to host you and your wife. Oh man! I wish you would have mentioned this to me because we had a rubber mat for that tub under the sink. Regardless, we hope you come back and stay with us again.
