Spacious master bedroom has a plush king sized bed. Galley kitchen is well supplied and leads out to private yard with comfortable seating. Washer and dryer is exclusive to the guest quarters. Parking is off street and directly in front of the property. Flat screen t.v.'s in living rooms and bedrooms.

This property is in a neighborhood of homes that range from $500,000 to well over 2 million dollars. This is a lovely place to ride a bike and take long walks. Restaurants of all kinds, as well as bars, food stores, and malls are within 15 minute drive. The lovely town of Lauderdale-By-The Sea, with fishing pier, gorgeous beach and numerous restaurants is 10 minutes North.

Sweet, comfortable, beautifully located. Private yard and washer and dryer that come with the rental, as well as off street parking. So close to all that Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Great shopping, (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, Star Bucks and many more.) Beautiful beaches nearby. Off street parking right near your door.
