Simply stunning second floor (top floor) 2 bed 2 bath condo in the desirable West End of town, 2 blocks to Commercial street, and 5 minute stroll to Joe's coffee and the boat slip & bay beaches. This unit is HUGE over 1500 sq feet of space with 2 direct access car parking spaces a large south facing exclusive use deck and your own private landscaped English garden and terrace bathed in sunlight all day. This unit is light bright and was completely refurnished in 2017

Property has split AC units to both bedrooms and living area, washer/dryer, full Wifi, 3 flat screen (smart) TV's with cable, Apple TV, and Sonos sound system for your music, books and games are on hand for those indoor days

The bamboo floored living space flows from the Great room accessed via an open staircase to the 1st floor entrance, with a beautiful Carrara marble gas fireplace and ample seating for larger groups through to a large dining room with seating for 6-10 which opens to both the south facing deck through sliders and also to the large kitchen with central island, with seating for 4, soap stone counters and chef standard Bosch gas hob and electric oven and subzero refrigerator. The kitchen is very highly equipped to cater for every need from baking to grilling to cordon bleu cooking and cocktail making.

The 2 large bedrooms feature large built in closets, queen beds with 100% cotton linens split AC units and multiple windows that flood the rooms with light. The Master suite has a large en suite full bath with generous walk in shower with rainfall shower head, double sink marble vanity, marble tile floor, the room is flooded with natural light from the velux skylight. There is also a washer dryer in a closet in the Master bath. The second bedroom has the use of a family bath in the hallway adjacent to the bedrooms with a large glass enclosure shower and underfloor heating.

The bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit from the living space both equipped with cable TV to cater for undisturbed lazy mornings.

The deck is furnished with adirondack chairs and a comfy sofa for morning coffee with steps down to the fabulous private English garden with a weber gas grill, and Crate and Barrel dining set to seat 6 shaded by a beautiful Pergola. Their is also a bike stand.

An Exceptional Retreat in the Heart of PTown
My stay in this beautiful condo exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in the desirable West End, just blocks from Commercial Street and places like joe's coffee. Inside, the condo is stylish and comfortable with modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and expansive, light-filled bedrooms. High-tech comforts like Wi-Fi smart TVs, and a Sonos sound system enhanced the experience, while the collection of books and games were a delightful touch. This place has, hands down, the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, in a rental. The outdoor spaces are an absolute gem. A morning coffee on the south-facing deck or an alfresco meal in the private English garden became the highlights of my day. In summary, this condo is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, providing an excellent base for exploring the town and a peaceful retreat for relaxation. Can't wait for my next visit!

We met in PTown in 2010 and bought our first home here in 2015 in the Gallery District. In November 2016 we saw this Property for sale and fell in love and decided this would be our perfect PTown home. We bought and renovated this property and love it's quiet yet central location. All the rooms look out over beautiful gardens, we have great neighbors and enjoy being here year round.

It's a home not a rental, it's in a wonderful central yet quiet location and its just so tastefully decorated and furnished and sparkles like new !

What makes this property unique

This condo in really large for PTown. The living space flows naturally from one room to the next and then out to the south facing and deck and beautiful garden. It's central yet set back from commercial far enough to be peaceful when you want to chill out.
