What makes this property unique
This 3BD/3BA + 2 living areas includes an oversized primary bedroom on the third floor with a king bed, towering ceilings, a private master bath with sun-soaked shower, and enviable access to the top floor deck complete with views of the Monument. Each of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor have a queen bed and share a bathroom. The entry level was redesigned as an open living space with adjoining living/dining areas and a wrap-around sectional. Bonus spaces include a fully finished basement with a (full-size Murphy bed) and large entertainment area, as well as an expansive back patio perfect for you and your guests to watch the sun set over the dunes.
