Welcome to Pico G202, a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom slopeside condominium located at Pico Mountain, part of the Killington Resort family. Perfect for families and small groups, this inviting mountain retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers convenient ski access along with all the comforts of home for a year-round Vermont getaway.

The welcoming living room is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable, VCR, and DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats six, providing the perfect gathering place for breakfast before skiing or dinner after a day of adventure. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for extended stays.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a 19-inch flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests, offering a twin bunk bed, a 9-inch television, and a private ensuite bathroom. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area.

The Village Square at Pico is a family-oriented community that values a peaceful, safe, and quiet atmosphere. To help ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, renters must be at least 25 years of age, quiet hours are observed daily from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these community guidelines and helping preserve the welcoming environment for all guests and owners.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is good. The area was quite. The water pressure and temp was good. Room is dated. Carpet was nasty and needs deep cleaned. Coffee maker was so nasty it could not be used. The bed was completely broken down and uncomfortable. Shower curtain had mildew.

It is comfortable and well-stocked, immaculately clean well-located,etc,etc. If a minor glitch occurs, Lisa and her wonderful staff are ready to remedy the situation.

The fireplace was a nice warm comfort after a long day on the slopes. All in all we’d love to come back to make more happy family memories!

My kids love to ski and I bring them every time I go.
