Upscale, spacious Granby home w/ stunning mountain views, hot tub from deck!

Our meticulously designed, 3BD townhome is fully furnished and stocked, and is a quiet, luxury retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Upon entering into the heated two car garage, you'll find a large mudroom where you can kick off boots and jackets, followed by a hallway that leads to a cozy den and small reading nook. Beyond the den, which can also serve as a 4th bedroom with a comfortable pull out couch, there is a spacious bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a large bathroom across the hallway, complete with a full bath.

Upstairs, you'll find a large, spacious, open floor plan with a corner fireplace and an unobstructed view of the Grand Elk golf course and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen has a large island, with 3 stools and a huge dining room table with seating for 10 adventurous souls. Towards the back, there are two large guest bedrooms each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, including a steam shower in the primary bath.

Other fun stuff: 3 large TVs, steam shower in master bath, radiant heating, plenty of wine glasses, huge covered patio with hot tub, ski rack in garage, 1 large bathtub, and endless views!

This property was completely perfect! Extremely clean, very nicely decorated, wonderfully comfortable beds, and had everything you could need (or want) in the kitchen. My family enjoyed the hot tub and the many games provided in the evenings after fun days of tubing, sledding, or skiing! We would love to come back next year!

Our family of 5 had a great stay and really enjoyed the peace and quiet while being very close to activities and amenities in the area. The place is basically all brand new and very comfortable. We are watching the market now for when one becomes available.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Wonderful property. Beautifully furnished and well stocked. Anyone who knows their way around the kitchen will pleasantly surprised. Owners have stocked for those who enjoy cooking…including sharp knives!conviebtky located for hiking and kayaking. Plan to come back skiing at Granby Ranch!

Grandby getaway

Modern, open floor plan, beautifully decorated and family friendly. Equipped with everything we needed from toddler booster seat to hot tub on balcony to enjoy sunsets! Centrally located for shopping, hiking, and boating. Our grandson especially enjoyed the train museum which is 5 minutes away. Management company was great to work with and answered all questions promptly. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Our family was in need of a weekend away from Denver and couldn't be happier with our stay at this beautiful, well decorated mountain home. The property management company made the entire process very simple and was responsive to all of our questions. The place was spotless when we arrived, and it has every amenity to could hope for... even had a pack-n-play and highchair for our 1 year-old. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for family meals, and the couch was super comfortable when we just wanted to lounge. The hot tub is massive and brand new, so a wonderful spot to soak up the views of the balcony. Great location in Granby. Walking distance to grocery store, less than 5 minute drive to downtown, and an easy drive to Lake Granby or Grand Lake. So much to do out there in the summer! Thanks for making such a wonderful getaway possible! Would definitely recommend

This home was a highlight of our trip!

We cannot say enough good things about this home! We had an amazing few days in Colorado and of all the fun things we did, in our kids' top ranking was being at the house! Highlights: Location, Amenities, & helpful hosts! Details: We loved the convenient location between Winter Park & Grand Lake. Both offer very different vibes and to be able to access each of them with a relatively short commute helped us to get the most out of a few days stay. It felt remote while also having close conveniences like a grocery store (open later than most nearby). The stores are close enough to be helpful, but they don't overwhelm the area to takeaway from the beautiful surroundings. It overlooks a golf course and the mountains. Our kids loved taking walks hunting for golf balls and wild flowers outside of the course boundaries. Amenities: This is the most comfortable we have felt in any rental we've stayed at. We enjoyed slow mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, starry nights in the hot tub, fire sitting, bag games in the driveway, and more! The kitchen is fully stocked and we appreciated the inclusion of some paper products and ziplock baggies to help us pack some meals to go! We grilled out for dinner and everything we needed was there and easy to find. We were able to enjoy a family vacation and also feel like we had a luxury retreat as a couple enjoying all the amenities after the kids went to bed. Every detail was beautifully designed and well thought out.

Surrounded by beauty!

Wow! We feel so blessed to have found this beautiful home to share time with friends after so many years apart. It was the perfect location, a very short driving distance to some incredibly beautiful hikes and 3 gorgeous lakes. We felt we were in the middle of God's country! This condo offers an opportunity to play golf surrounded by CO mountains or watch the sunset relaxing on the deck in the hot tub. The golf course restaurant is walking distance and is delicious! There are so many options for exploring the area. We loved the quaint local restaurants. We hiked all levels of trails in the heart of Rocky MTN NTL Park- Hosts provide helpful info. The lakes offer activities from relaxing on the beach to kayaking, boating, paddleboarding, etc. We kayaked with "Kayaking with an Altitude"-highly recommend! The town of Grand Lake is absolutely adorable! Almost didn't seem real! Such a quaint, picturesque, charming little area. The local residents were all so friendly and welcoming. It is an area that is perfect for families, romantic getaways and of course friends! Cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo! VERY CLEAN, beautifully decorated, roomy and comfy! The kitchen, obviously thought out by a chef, as there was everything we needed (& more) to cook a great meal and a grocery store within walking distance. The hosts and MGMT company were very responsive when we reached out with questions or assistance. We will no doubt be back soon to experience another season! TY!!!
