A lovely clean, modern home with AC, well-stocked kitchen, & large living room on a quiet street near Charlestown beaches. Front & back porches are very nice. Kyle, the host, is helpful & responsive, and the parking pass for local beaches is a great plus! We would definitely rent again!

The home was clean and bright, with everything we needed. It's just a short walk to Kettle Pond Visitor Center, which is a nice perk. It rained most of the time we were there, so being able to park in the garage and walk straight into the house without getting wet was a bonus. The owner was helpful and responsive.

Nice location on a quiet road. Had all we needed for the week. The garage door opener was appreciated and made getting into the house and leaving much easier. We didn’t cook in the house since there were too many of our favorite restaurants around. The flowers on the property attracted butterflies and hummingbirds which were nice to watch while having morning coffee. We would rent this property again.

Beautful location and property that is adjacent to Kettle Pond State Park. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach and beach pass provided by owner. Well situated for short drives to Narragansett, Galilee, Pt. Judith, Wickford and Jamestown. House is well furnished and kitchen is suberb if you like to do some cooking while on vacation.

Lovely Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deer Run. The house is comfortable and spacious. The expansive yard and relatively private setting are quite special since the property is also close to Route 1 and all its conveniences. It is a huge bonus to have the use of a Beach Pass for two wonderful Charlestown beaches, which are not far. In addition, Kettle Pond is within walking distance of the house, which was a nice alternative to the beach. Kyle is an excellent communicator and wonderful to work with. We hope to go back again next summer!
