Welcome to the Chicken Coop, where you can have a little country experience in the heart of the Phoenix. This neighborhood has random chickens & roosters meandering around for a charming appeal.
Beautiful 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom full home. Second bathroom features brand new, remodeled walk-in shower. Pool, hot tub, and all amenities available for use.
Centrally located, you will be just short drive/Uber away from all of the great bars and restaurants of Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. Camelback Mountain can be seen from the yard & Piestewa Peak is nearby as well for the hikers.
