Cleaning people need to do better!! We had a great time other then when we first got there. Upon arriving we walked in to pick our rooms. In doing so my mom found 2 roaches (alive) in one of the bedroom downstairs. Our daughter found mascara in the bathroom sink, the toilets would sometimes continuously run. Our dog ate a fairly large chicken bone that he found under the kitchen table the first night there. Anyone who owns dogs knows how dangerous this "could" be for a dog. The backyard was not very inviting. Random pieces if wood laying around and sort of overgrown. Not trying to be a "Karen" over here. But definitely feel like people should be aware before renting. We will definitely be back to OBX as we do every year..but will not be staying at this house again.

We absolutely loved the home and all the amenities! Love the open floor plan upstairs and the large family friendly 8-10 person dining table! Internet worked great. The house was perfect size for our family of 9. It was a first family beach trip for us and it will definitely be repeated and almost assuredly for a week next time and very likely at the same property. Everything was in working order and the place was immaculate as far as I could tell. Air works wonderfully. Location superb. Love love the Village Beach Club access! Highly recommend!

Property had some maintenance issues but Coastal Carolina responded quickly to each issue. The clubhouse/pool on the ocean was fantastic, but we had to text Coastal Carolina for the address to find it. We thought it was on the sound side. Maybe a flyer/map showing location with the check-in information would help?

We totally enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and we loved having access to the Beach Club. The upstairs had lots of space for us to hang out and play games and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved sitting on the outside decks as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall very satisfying. Beds were very comfortable and the linens and pillows were great. Could have used a more thorough cleaning, but I say that about every house we stay in, so maybe it’s just me. Oh, one thing, we cooked frozen pizzas one night and there were no pizza pans.
