The house was beautiful inside ! The privacy fence helped with the outside /people that hang out on the sidewalk (they never once bothered us ). Beds were comfortable !

We stayed here for a shared birthday weekend for the girl cousins in my family. It was a first trip together like this and absolutely perfect. The house had great rooms with almost all having their own bathrooms. Large great room and kitchen combo made everyone feel together. It was close to downtown Nashville without being in downtown. The neighborhood is "transitional," so be prepared for interesting elements. Overall we felt safe and that the home and host were perfect for our trip.

Property was nice. Area was a little undesirable. Lawn could have been mowed. Within 8 minutes of where we wanted to go which was great. Had people in lawn chairs sitting on sidewalks on both sides of street which made us uncomfortable. The house itself was just what we wanted and was what was described.

There were homeless people on the property entire stay & knocked on door at least once at night. Yard needed to be mowed bad. Previous guess had not scooped in yard after dogs.

We had 3 families there and it was very organized and roomy. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very diversified. Location was super, close to Opry Mills and Nashville Zoo. Very open concept made it great with everyone seeing each other. Small steps down into living room was a breeze with our 16 month grandson. Had children accessories helped a lot!!

Everything was excellent website matched what was there? The neighborhood looked to be a little sketch but we had no issues and felt very safe the whole time everybody was friendly. Had one small issue with the thermostat when we first got there contacted the host and was fixed within 45 minutes excellent service would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, big, nice home. the open area of kitchen and dining room was perfect as 5 couples stayed here comfortably. neighborhood seemed questionable on the back alley area, but we had absolutely no security issues. We communicated with the host and we had fabulous response each time !! i would highly recommend and ubers picked us up quickly when needed.

Group of 7 friends visited for a Hawks game. Place was perfect for our group and there was plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed gathering at the kitchen table in the mornings with our coffee and deciding on our plan for the day. And in the evenings to talk about the days events. Centrally located with easy uber/lyft rides to Broadway. Would definitely recommend to any friends heading to Nashville and if our travels take us there again-would definitely love to stay again. Hosts were available for any questions or concerns. Place was very clean and very well taken care of. Loved that they had enough soap, garbage bags, tablets for dishwasher too!
