Entertainment is ensured with a hot tub, outdoor TV, blackstone grill, outdoor fireplace, ping pong table, foosball & a shuffleboard. Located in a highly desirable area in Lexington! You are 12 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Keeneland & the Bluegrass Airport, & 10 minutes from Kroger Field.

There is plenty of space for everyone!

Are you looking for the best kitchen Lexington has to offer? Look no further! Our beautiful, open kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. This kitchen features a Galley Kitchen Workstation, a sink that allows you to prep, cook, serve, entertain , & clean up all in one convenient place! This kitchen also provides several chef accessories, entertainment dishes, coffee systems, & a Keurig! If you prefer to grill, you will have access to a blackstone grill! Don't want to cook on vacation? No worries, ask about our in-home chef experiences!

SLEEP
After a day full of entertainment at The Manor House, you will be able to get an amazing nights rest in our cozy beds! The master suite & secondary suite both have king beds while the third suite offers two queen beds. In the private movie theater, you will find a custom couch that is large enough to comfortably sleep 4 adults! We can assure you that this couch sleeps just as good as any bed! If you do not prefer the couch or a bed, we do have an air mattress that we can provide to you.

ENTERTAIN
If you are looking to entertain your friends & family without having to leave the house, you have found the perfect spot. Guests will be able to play ping pong, shuffleboard, & foosball in the basement. For the pretty days, you can enjoy bocce ball & Kanjam in the backyard. To end the day, you can sit in the hottub or build a fire in the firepit & enjoy s'mores from our complimentary s'mores kit! The opportunities here are endless.

Such a beautiful home! Perfect for our family group to stay for a UK visit. The house was impeccably clean and had so many amenities. The main floor had everything you could ever want - lots of space for family, a fabulous kitchen and a perfect screened in porch. The basement was amazing - we had fun watching football in the theater! The beds were so comfortable and it was so great that each bedroom had its own connected bath. The communication with the host was great as well. We will definitely be back!

Our group had a perfect stay at the manor house. Crystal was a perfect host, the house was set up for us upon our arrival and she answered all of our questions and provided super helpful recommendations for activities to do around town. I would definitely recommend this house to any group or 10 or under. The game room and the movie room were particularly amazing to have as we experienced some rain.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at The Manor House in Lexington—just my husband and I and our dogs—and it exceeded every expectation. The home is exactly as pictured—completely accurate—and even more impressive in person. It’s a beautifully designed, custom-built space that perfectly blends luxury and comfort, with thoughtful details throughout and charming vestiges that give it warmth and character.Even though it was just the two of us, we loved having all the space to spread out and enjoy everything the house has to offer. From the cozy living areas to the high-end finishes, everything felt intentional and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home.One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating the host was with our dogs. She was sweet enough to allow our golden retrievers even though they’re larger than the usual weight limit, and that meant so much to us. It’s not always easy to find such a beautiful home that is also so genuinely pet-friendly.What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the host. She is without a doubt the nicest and best host we have ever had. Communication was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect from start to finish.If you’re considering booking The Manor House, do not hesitate. A perfect place to stay!

Absolutely incredible experience!Crystal truly thought of everything for the Manor house. My friends and I came up for a March Madness trip and every detail inside (and outside!) the house was perfect. From the games downstairs, to the movie theater room, to the massive rooms upstairs…this house has everything you’ll need. Thanks again, Crystal! Looking forward to booking again in the future.
