The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

The Anchorage I is located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great stay at the Anchorage in unit B13.The place was clean, updated, and a great view of the pool. We were disappointed as for the 2nd straight year the elevator was not working and all week. Also the deep end of the pool stairs were marked off with caution tape. Never fixed the whole week.Great stay but not sure we can swing the huge rent increase for next year.

Great get away!

We had such a wonderful week!!! This was our very first time staying at Anchorage 1 and we were pleased. The check-in, the gorgeous updated clean unit (full of everything we needed), the location, the ease of parking, the convenience of a short safe walk to the beach access, grocery stores/restaurants/etc… were all close. We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for 11 years now and always stay at friends townhome, so this was a nice change of scenery we needed…we will definitely rent this unit again!!!
