This cute split level unit sleeps a max of 6 and is 1/10th of a mile to the convention center, beach, shopping, restaurants, and arcade. The kitchen includes oven/stove, microwave, and coffee pot. The living room has a Smart TV, new living room furniture and a gas fireplace. Dining room is right off the kitchen. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with brand new and very comfortable beds. One has a queen bed, the other bedroom has 2 double beds. The bathroom is upstairs easily accessible to both bedrooms and has an updated shower. All linens and sheets are provided (please bring beach towels for beach use). Beach toys and games are provided as well as portable chairs for the beach. Great for a family, 2 couples, or rent both sides for a larger family gathering. Wireless internet access and pet friendly up to 2 dogs with permission (NO Cats) and $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Parking for 2 cars (this unit). STREET PARKING IS PERMITTED AT THIS LOCATION ONLY. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES.

We had a blast on Seaside at this adorable, colorful cottage. The house was well stocked with all the amenities any visitor might need of planning a beach vacation. They had beach chairs galore and kids beach toys! Win for us! It was pet friendly and our pup loved running up and down the stairs. My kids loved the cozy room with two full beds. They cozied down each night, giggling and laughing together. We loved having the house so close to the beach. We walked each day to the beach. So easy! We're excited to come back for another visit next summer

Very clean property! Decorated in a fun way. Had everything we needed. Very quiet which was great. Easy walk to shops and beach. It also made a great base camp for exploring the area. Highly recommended for couples. Very happy that we found this adorable spot. Nancy, the cleaning person deserves a big shout out. This place was extra clean!!

Great location, parking is really tough with two big cars for each rental. We did have to replace batteries ourselves in a couple remotes. Didn't get check in email till day of because of the weekend so I also didn't like that but overall was a nice house.

There was food left all over the house. Fruit loops on the floors and Oreo cookies in the window sill, a nasty used tobacco pouch on the head board in plain site of the bed my son was using. The house is nice and close to the beach. The furniture is comfortable and they have good towels. I just don’t like how there was food left everywhere and who ever cleans there does not do a very good job.

My daughter and I loved the coziness of this place. We were within easy walking distance of the ocean and downtown. The beds were super comfy and the little back yard was a great place to take our dogs to and sit and listen to the sounds around us. Definitely would recommend this property.

The place was great! It was clean and close to the beach and shops. It was supplied with pretty much anything you need for a stay...plenty of utensils, pots and pans, blankets and linens. Lots of room. Definitely recommend!

Great location and pet friendly

We've stayed here twice and love the location. The steps to upstairs are a little steep but weren't an issue for us. This house is pet friendly, even the decor is pet focused. It's an older duplex and has a back porch with sharing of the laundry area. They had beach chairs, games, and plenty of blankets. We would stay there again and recommend it to pet owners.

Great location!

The house location is perfect! Close to shops and restaurants and of course the beach . House had everything we could possibly need , tons of towels, pans, coffee maker etc . Only con the house could use a deep clean .

Great location!

The location was walkable to everything! The beds were also very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed with the uncomfortable furniture, no dishwasher, shared laundry, no beach umbrella, and no access to a fenced area for the dog as it was on the neighbor’s side. Prices have really gone up in seaside so this is probably a great deal for the location. Overall it was good but we will probably find a different location now that Seaside has been “discovered”.

Funky cottage

The property is quite old & very outdated but has a charm. It advertises sleeps 6 but unless they were 6 very small people, not happening. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, one of which has a lumpy tilted mattress. Two people could not sleep in that bed. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable. TV has lots of streaming channels but could not find local channels.

The best thing about this property was the proximity to the civic center. The whole unit needs a deep cleaning. I definitely would not recommend this property to older folks with limited mobility, the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, and the stairs are too narrow. Not sure why there was no way to watch regular tv, if you don’t have access to streaming services you’re screwed. No way to see any news. Our daughter and family stayed in the adjacent unit and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. She had to call the manager to send someone out to clean it before they could unload and settle in. Overall not happy with the accommodations
