This home has a modern design and updated amenities. It is located in the upscale, private Hillsboro Shores neighborhood in Pompano Beach. Next to the Hillsboro Inlet and famous Lighthouse, Pompano Pier is very close, and home to the area's best shops, restaurants, and nightlife, with miles of beach paths!

Ideal vacation home for those who come to Pompano Beach for vacation or work!

Step into the spacious and open living area and cozy up to watch movies on the 55" Smart TV with Roku access and streaming options provided. Have your morning tea or coffee on the kitchen breakfast bar or have dinner on the 6-seater dining table. Have lunch alfresco at the dining table outside under twinkling lights and the sound of the waves. We also have a kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless appliances and has everything for your cooking needs. When you're ready for some competition, play a game of ping pong on our commercial-size professional ping pong table.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 32" TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 27" TV, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 full-sized bunk beds, with 1 twin trundle bed, and a 27" TV. The common bathroom has a stand-up shower.

For those who are working while here, we have 2 dedicated workspaces setup with adjustable height desks, a printer, and high-speed WiFi.

This home has a great beachy outdoor space. Take a quick dip in the hot tub, relax on the chaise lounges under an umbrella, or gather around at the large outdoor seating area around the firepit for smores.

You can also have exclusive, private access to the beach just steps from this home!

An ensuite washer and dryer, and 6 curved driveway spaces are all provided during your stay!

This home was perfect for our party of four. Walking distance to the beach (about 2-3 blocks away). Our point person at the Homz management company, Matt, was wonderful to work with and very prompt in answering our questions.

Beautiful beach house as advertised

We visited for a week in April of 2025 with our family of five, and this house was excellent for us. It's conveniently located near the beach (5 minute walk) and not far from other activities. We went snorkeling at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (10 minute drive) and did a swamp boat tour in the Everglades (1 hour drive).I addition to visiting the beach every day, we enjoyed the beautiful hot tub, the ping pong table, and the fun putting green out back. The back yard also has plenty of comfortable furniture for lounging under the party lights.I have rented enough houses to know that one can never know for sure what "supplies" are going to be around for any given visit, but this house was well stocked with the essentials for our visit - and more. We found good set of kitchen items (including sharp knives), plenty of towels, very nice appliances, a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, a few beach toys and a kite.

Beautiful Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The ability to walk to the private gated beach was superb especially during the busy season. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet at all hours. The house provided 3 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon. Our family ended up purchasing 2 more beach chairs in order to accommodate everyone. It might be convenient for future renters to provide a few more chairs given that the property can accommodate quite a few guests. The kitchen provided for our needs with a toaster, coffee maker, spacious fridge with ice/water dispensers. The washer and dryer were very helpful to us as we were traveling with an infant. We have stayed at other properties that have provided extra paper towel, toilet paper, laundry pods and dishwasher tabs/sponges. It might be a good idea for future guests if these conveniences were provided as I know we appreciated the ease of supplies already being in the home rather than having to go restock. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were functional, bath towels were provided. The backyard was nicely appointed with plenty of seating and a fire table. Our family made use of the putting green and hot tub. Our only concern was the communication with the property management as we approached check out. Our family had requested a later check out time due to flight accommodations. It was hard to know who to contact and then we needed to reach back out several times to close the loop.
