Family Trip

The bear protection system was not working. The property manager indicated that a service person was working to fix it.Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know this before we arrived.

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the mixup in communication relative to the bear protection system. As indicated, we were completing some repairs on the system in the days leading up to your arrival and I wasn’t aware that the tech had removed the on / off switch (in order to ultimately replace). Our apologies for any confusion upon arrival at the property.
