The house is just as it is pictured, very clean and centrally located. Contacted our host several times. She was quick to respond and very helpful. She also called the day before our arrival to make sure we would receive the entry number. I, and my friends, highly recommend this place.

Excellent accommodations with comfy beds, plenty of space for 7 adults to gather or have their own spaces. The pool table was a real winner and provided loads of fun and entertainment! We were impressed with the cleanliness, excellent condition of the vintage house, and all it had to offer. The home provided an added bonus to our overall experience! Highly recommended. The hosts were great communicators as well. Bravo!

Family 4th of July Weekend

My wife and I were able to host all 5 of our adult children and 2 spouses for a family gathering. Awesome house. Massive dining room table seemed to always have someone at it eating or playing games. The billiard room was a big hit as well. We even played a murder mystery game set in a mansion. Excellent host and property was very clean.

Perfect family escape

We enjoyed our stay and spent time out on the front porch just catching up as we sipped our coffee and planed our days. The location is very convenient for heading out to the north shore and when heading down to the downtown area. Good restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. We had an enjoyable stay. We began making regular visits to Duluth years ago and fell in love with the landscape, city and all there is to do here - from hiking, sailing, camping and skiing to simply enjoying the sounds of the waves and ships. Our kids fell in love with Duluth on our many adventures here over the years as well and now attend UMD. We knew that someday we would have to eventually call this place home. While maintaining our current home and this home in Duluth we are finally making it happen.
