Great Experience

The property was incredibly spacious and the views were fantastic from the large balcony. It felt like beachfront property even though we were across the street. We enjoyed the dedicated parking and easy access to the beach. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and the unit was clean and well-equipped.

The property was great. My only problem was the heating of the pool was very inconsistent.There were many days when I couldn't swim due to the temperature. Chad and his associates were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Incredible Stay

We had an Incredible Stay in the Penthouse! It is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you need. There is so much space! The living room sofas and chairs are so comfortable. Some of our favorite moments were on the huge balcony in the mornings and the evenings. Highly recommend enjoying the roof top pool in this building. Not as crowded and they play great music. My family and I will definitely be back to make more memories in PCB!!

Spacious condo with great balcony.

Walked into a 15th floor penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Although you are across the street from the beach, there is still a great view from the beach. Enjoyed sitting out there enjoying the breeze and listening to the waves. Very nice furnishings. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was fully kitted out with pots and pans, crockpot, keurig coffee pot. Enough paper products to get you started. Washer and dryer worked great. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Covered bridge to get to beachside. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Parking garage was tight for a Yukon xl but we managed to squeeze in. Chad at Signature was easy to work with and responsive. Would stay here again.

I spent an unforgettable week and a half resting, rejuvenating, and studying in a stunning beachfront penthouse, with sweeping views of the serene and breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. The peaceful atmosphere, paired with the natural beauty surrounding me, created the perfect environment to unwind and refocus. The experience was made even more special by the incredible hospitality of Sam and Linda, who went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth and thoughtfulness turned this stay into so much more than a getawayโ€”I truly felt at home and wasnโ€™t ready to leave.
