Great home for a large family to enjoy. Very well appointed home with every room fully stocked with anything one would need. Location is fanatic. So close to downtown and other local shopping and restaurants. The area feels very secure and safe. The most difficult decision each day is walking out the front door in the morning and deciding which direction to head for the morning walk.

Beautiful home in excellent location

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home located in a new & luxurious area of Coeur D Alene for a long wedding weekend. The location is top notch with the riverside boardwalk and many restaurants within walking distance and the house was super comfortable for our group of 9 adults and one infant. Josh, the property host, was very responsive from start to finish and was able to accommodate our late check out request which was immensely helpful on our departure day. 10 out of 10!
