Master Bedroom (queen) with ensuite sitting/TV room; organic sheets & towels; quality furnished kitchen. Outdoor opium bed and seating with wrap around portale w/outdoor kitchen w/Weber gas grill; Highspeed wifi.

2 acre property with beautiful old trees, large lawn and gardens. Sprawling outdoor living in warmer months with fire pit, comfy outdoor seating and outdoor dining in two locations. Shared Laundry room has private access for guests - attached to Home through a secure and locked door through kitchen.

Owner is always available via text.

Historic homestead right behind Museum Hill and Old Santa Fe Trail, dating back to 1745 Spanish Land grant with documentation from the King of Spain. Old fruit trees and lilacs blossom in the spring. Walk to 5 amazing museums and the Santa Fe Botanical Gardens. Walk to Canyon road and great hikes right off the property. Stone`s throw to my favorite hike - Sun Mountain.
