This large, secluded, and well loved home is located in the desirable Santa Fe Museum Hill neighborhood. The home is adorned with the traditional Santa Fe style-details such as; a kiva fireplace, viga ceilings, and a large private garden with flagstone walkways and gazebos. This spacious 2000 sq foot home will provide you with a quiet break after a busy day of sightseeing or business activities.

It is just 9 minutes away from Santa Fe's historic downtown plaza and the Santa Fe Railyard. The Santa Fe Ski basin and several wilderness recreational areas are near and it is just a quick two minute drive up the street to the following museums: Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian, Museum of International Folk Art, and the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. When traveling on the interstate, the home is just a convenient short distance from Old Pecos Trail (exit 284 off I-25).

A modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides the guests with all the amenities for cooking and dining. Guests can take advantage of the New Mexico's 300 days of beautiful clear weather with the home's many outdoor areas: an enclosed porch surrounded by an outdoor porch; a gorgeous rose garden; a gazebo; an arbor; and a contemplative area.

The three spacious bedrooms are located on the east side of the home. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Another bathroom is located between the two other bedrooms. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and ADA-amenities.

This home has a spacious open plan dining room and living room. A large flat screen TV is located in this area as well as in the Master Bedroom.

This is my "go-to" property when visiting Santa Fe. Its perfect! The sun room and outside patio are so welcoming. The house is located in a lovely area with places to hike, near Museum Hill. The host is very quick to respond to any inquiry, and the entire vibe is relaxing and beautiful.

The house is great, very spacious. The kitchen had more dishes, utensils, small appliances, bowls then I have ever had in a Vrbo. It was hot outside but the house had mini split air everywhere so it was so nice and cool inside. The dinning table was huge and so comfortable. We had fun playing cards there. There was so many options for relaxing with your evening glass of wine or morning cup of coffee. The backyard was absolutely beautiful! We sat outside early in the morning and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!

This place was comfy and very nice. The outdoor property is an oasis! We really enjoyed staying here and would consider staying here again. Very close to restaurants and cool places to visit but not quite walkable although the neighborhood is nice to walk in.

Why they chose this property

It was my mother's home after she retired. She wanted to be near all the art and culture offerings of Santa Fe.

What makes this property unique

My mom loved this home because it was the perfect combination of being near activites such as museums, restaurants, churches, Santa Fe Plaza, shopping and the hospitals but also located in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard that became a canvas to her love of gardening.
