I was here for an event at the University and this place was so convenient. This great place is out of the way enough to be quiet and comfortable and close enough to get to the university quickly. The host was quick to communicate, and when I got lost, she answered my call quickly. If your looking for a great, affordable place to stay while your visiting in Utah, this place is highly recommended!! 5 !!!

My sister and I stayed 8 nights, this place was super clean, very quaint, super cute and perfect for our needs. Marla the owner was very helpful and accommodating.We hope to travel out west again and we would definitely stay there again. It was close to all the places to eat. Thank you Marla!

This is a great place to stay with wonderful views driving up the avenues. The shower was great and the beds comfy. Quiet at night and very secure! Would stay here again.

The host was such a sweetheart and I was able to enjoy a nice space 8 hours away from home while dealing with my daughter in the hospital. The fact that it’s so close to the hospital and other amenities made the whole situation better as I didn’t have to fight with traffic to the hospital, shops, groceries, or restaurants.

We wanted to stay close to town for a local convention and this was the perfect place! Beautiful views on the drive, and short distance to the city for anything you might need. So many little amenities provided that it's so easy to settle in feel comfortable. The parking was off street and still just steps to the door, and the check-in/out process was easy and seamless. Wonderful host, would absolutley stay again!

The host and the listing were generally okay, but I wouldn’t recommend this listing for young women who are traveling alone. The listing doesn’t note that there is another basement apartment present with a male tenant. I only found out after hearing a man’s voice coming from outside my room early into my stay. I texted the host for clarification and was dismissed because the tenant is a “young professional”. As a young woman traveling alone, I wouldn’t have booked this property for safety reasons if I had known this. My living options were limited since I was a visiting medical student with no friends or family in the state. I felt fairly uncomfortable throughout my stay and may have felt better if my worries weren’t dismissed by the host. The fridge was partially full with things presumably from previous guests (see image), which made me apprehensive about what else wasn’t cleaned.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m sorry that you left feeling uncomfortable, as creating a welcoming and comfortable place for my guests is very important to me. I do want to clarify a couple of things for future guests. There is a separate apartment on the property with a long-term tenant who has lived there for nearly two years without any issues. The guest space has its own private entrance and deadbolt, and I have had many guests (mostly single women) tell me they felt very safe and comfortable during their stay. I also checked in with during your visit, and I wish you had mentioned that you were feeling uncomfortable so I could have addressed your concerns at the time. The items in the refrigerator were intentionally provided for you complimentary—bottled water, drinks, and condiments such as mayonnaise and mustard. I’m sorry they gave you the impression that the refrigerator had not been properly cleaned. I’m grateful for the many guests who have enjoyed their stays and for the consistently positive feedback we receive about the cleanliness and comfort of the property. At the same time, I appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for ways to make the listing and expectations as clear as possible for everyone who stays with us. I genuinely wish you the best in your future travels.

Awesome views

Super cute place. Had everything I needed and felt very safe. The drive up through the neighborhood is amazing and the view of the city unmatched. Location is close to downtown and hiking.
