The Oak Grove Cabin
Welcome to the Oak Grove Cabin at Backroads Inn and Cabins. This 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin is set apart and surrounded by oak trees. With multiple gathering areas there's enough room for the whole family to be together. Take a deep breath of fresh air and listen to the water run down the stream on this 8 acre property surrounded by National Forest. You will feel complete peace while also being minutes away from Mt Rushmore (2.4 miles) and Custer State Park (15 mins)
Community Pool (heated) open 10am to dark Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Please Note: We offer Starlink Satellite wifi, but being located in an isolated valley we are susceptible to slower speeds.

The Oak Cabin was a place that was a much needed getaway. Everything was exactly what was needed.. Very spacious and all the little details that we could think of were there. All adventures/interest were about 15-30 min away. Definitely will be booking our next stay in Keystone, SD at the same Cabin..

We loved the coffee that was available!The decor was the perfect vibe!The porch with the grill was fantastic!Nice coffee mugs!The stove in the kitchen was nice!Thank you for letting us bring our dog!The wooden counters were stunning!So comfy!Nice location.The hygiene products were appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location was excellent! It was the best of both worlds, being close to Keystone and Mt. Rushmore but also feeling really secluded in its own valley. Every morning and evening we were visited by groups of deer and sometimes turkeys. The deck was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy watching the wildlife. The cabin itself had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of four plus our dog. The kitchen was well appointed and all the appliances worked well. Would definitely visit again!
