This newly remodeled ground-floor condo is located in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville's Entertainment District and just around the corner from renowned upscale food + drink spots like Atlas, Bordinos, Theo's, & Walton Arts Center. This home was remodeled in July of 2022. The layout of this home is very open and allows ample room with lots of natural light. The home offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and small laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. It comfortably sleeps four people. There are two beds: 1 King and one sofa bed that pulls out to a full Queen. The kitchen is supplied with all the needed pots, pans, and essential spices for cooking a delicious meal. Appliances include a full-size oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, and toaster.

The location couldn't be better ! Walk to everything. This space has great energy, and the photos don't do it justice. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the host is extremely accommodating and quick to reply. Highly recommend!

Wonderful little place in a great location! The apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was well thought out for a lovely stay. The interior design was so cute and well done. Definitely would stay here again the next time I visit my nieces!

The property was clean, beautiful, and had the amenities we needed. Doing laundry and running the dishwasher was easy, and I appreciate that detergent, etc, was provided.My partner and I needed to stay and extra day due to migraine, and Jessica was extremely flexible and kind and was able to accommodate. This place was just great. So many places in walking distance. It was very clean and well kept. Right in the middle of downtown. You really wont need to drive much at all. Within walking distance of the square amd dickson street. We had a great time.

We stayed for the A&M v Arkansas game. My daughter who is a student at the University of Arkansas said she has never seen so many people in town. Needless to say we paid a premium to stay for the weekend. I thought there was no way this price will be worth it. Yet it was worth every penny. You can’t beat the location and the property is so comfortable. The bed was much better than I could have expected. I can see why the reviews are so good.

Excellent Location for Campus Visit

This was a super cute 1 bedroom apartment, that was big and roomy enough for 4 people (even though it was just me and my daughter). The location is great for access to the campus, and downtown. Without the noise of all the bars. On occasion you can hear people walking by outside, talking, but that didn’t bother me. You do hear trains go by if you pay attention, but it didn’t bother me either. I would absolutely stay here again.
