Gather around the outdoor wood burning fire pit and fill up on roasted marshmallows. After a long day exploring, enjoy the hot tub on the deck outside! This home while tiny, sleeps 6 people! The kitchen is equipped with all your necessities to make meals at the home, and modern appliances. This property even has hook-ups for a camper! Enjoy cable television or log into your own streaming services on the smart TVs. What better way to wake up than the gorgeous view of the water? Keep in mind, Douglas Lake is only full during the summer months!

The tiny house was absolutely perfect!! Super cute, very clean, beautiful view of the lake, and stocked with everything we needed. There was a big storm our last night that knocked out power, but we got back to the house and the generator was running so we had all power! It was a great stay!!

This property was just as listed. Very cozy, felt new, just perfect for us. The property was very well maintained. The lake was a little low so fishing was not as accessible but a short walk made it easy. The views were spectacular and we really enjoyed our time in the Smoky Mountains. We would 100% stay here again!!

Very clean and comfortable with everything a couple would need. The extra large porch was super nice with a clean hot tub. The only downside was the water level so it was just dirt behind the house. This is not the homes issue, just what the lake does this time of year. Just keep that in mind if you want to book and access the lake. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

The view of the lake at this property was absolutely amazing. The home was well done and clean. The large patio and hot tub were especially nice. Lots of other amenities like a grill and fire pit. Perfect for two people. I’m not sure it would be big enough for more unless you’re a light packer. Would definitely stay again!

The rental management company that handles the house is very helpful and responsive. We did have a couple things pop up, which I was able to text them and they had a very quick response time. There was an issue with one of the air conditioners - not the rental management company's fault - the drain was clogged due to it being so hot and humid. When I reached out, they responded by sending someone out within 45 minutes. The technicians were very polite, fixed the issue quickly and confirmed no other issues. The house was perfect for my daughter and I and very conveniently located to Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was enough out of the way from all the touristy stuff, but close enough. The house sits in front of a shallow area of the lake and due to the extreme heat (and probably not enough rainfall) there was no water there - but we could easily see the late from the porch. Just something to note if you are going at certain times of the year. There is a wonderful public swimming area on the other side of the lake which we went to and loved. For something fun - Fanny Farkle's arcade in Gatlinburg. Not huge, but family owned, the game prices are low and LOTS of crane machines! And don't forget about using the free trolley in Gatlinburg as parking is at least 20. It's worth a little bit of wait for an airconditioned ride on the trolley - plus you may see a black bear! Great location, beautiful view - plus some free tickets to events to the touristy stuff.

Property was exactly as shown in pictures. Was very clean and cozy. Perfect little house for just a few people. Porch was perfect for sitting in the mornings or evenings without the sun blazing in your face. Hot tub and fire pit was a nice addition for relaxation in the evenings.
