An immaculate open concept house with new features. Come and find some peace in University Place. Plenty of off street parking, a nice covered patio and fenced yard with no chores. A great place to work from home or spend quality family time together. Close by hangouts: Chambers Bay, Titlow Beach, and Point Defiance Zoo/Aquarium/Park. Close by shopping: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Safeway, and many restaurants are walking distance. Come enjoy the weekend or the month.
